Horsford Medical Centre
For over 20 years, we have provided comprehensive care for 3600+ patients in Horsford and approximately a five-mile radius. We have a close working relationship with all community health staff and local hospitals. The practice has been a Personal Medical Service Plus since April 2001; we gained the Plus element of the contract for vision and plans for the future enhancement of the services that we provide.
All patients are registered with the practice and are able to see any of the Doctors within the practice.
Flu appointments can be booked from the 19th September 2012 .
Access for disabled patients is available at the front of the building and specially designed toilet facilities are also available. Access is also available here for patients with prams, pushchairs and buggies. All consulting rooms are downstairs. If you require any further specific help, please ask at reception.
Car parking is available in the large car park at the front of the practice, it is entered through Pyehurn Lane. Please note that all vehicles are parked at their owners risk.
